Wild Turkey

Driving out of Richmond Ky on Thursday morning we came across a sign for the Wild Turkey distillery. We were committed to arriving in
Memphis Thursday night but since we had a favorable time zone change we decided to give it a try.
After the tour was over it would have been impolite to just rush off so we sampled a bit of their product. High end Bourbon does compare with Scotch but since Scotch has gotten so expensive looking for an alternative brown has been consuming more attention. Some of Wild Turkeys premium products were very tasty. One that both Mel and I enjoyed was Russell Reserve named for WT's Master Distiller, James Russell who has been working there for 58 years.
